Joshua Gordon

Joshua is a Cornell University School of Engineering graduate with over ten years of experience designing, building, and supporting custom software applications. He is an expert at working with Access, SQL Server, and Oracle database systems as well as various programming/scripting languages. One of the original developers of ClinicTracker, he has been with the company since its inception. Joshua has received awards for his intuitive designs. He has also spoken about entrepreneurship and software design for medical records in this country and abroad.

Mark is a sales and marketing professional with a broad background in the technology industry. His career in Fortune 500 companies includes Xerox, Avnet, and Agilysys where he achieved numerous sales awards for software and hardware sales. He brings extensive expertise in software solution sales and marketing of ERP, Workflow, and Document Management solutions.
Michael Gordon

Michael Gordon

Director of Research & Development


Dr. Gordon is a professor of psychiatry at a major academic medical center where he also serves as director of child and adolescent mental health services. ClinicTracker evolved from his efforts to develop a comprehensive, totally-integrated, low maintenance system that would monitor all clinic functions, reduce paperwork time, and enhance accountability around staff and trainee activities. His extensive background in clinical research and training influenced the design of the program, especially in the degree to which all data can be exported for statistical analyses. He has overseen the development of the paperwork templates to ensure that they comply with regulatory requirements, training needs, and the practicalities of clinical operations.
John Lavalette

A graduate of the SUNY Institute of Technology, John comes to JAG Products with over 10 years of professional software design experience, all focused within the healthcare industry. His expertise is in Microsoft-based technologies includes Visual Studio and SQL Server. He has been the architect and author of many systems designed to make end users more informed, effective, and efficient. His technical skills are complemented by his patient, cheerful approach to helping users resolve problems and and gain a sense of mastery over even the most complicated operations.
Russell Baughcum

Rusty has over 17 years experience in the IT Industry. His IT career began when he served in the Gulf War where he was responsible for building a World Wide Air Control System to manage flight operations. After leaving the Air Force, he returned home to Atlanta and continued his IT career with some of the leading technical companies in Atlanta, including Alltel, Medaphis, Bellsouth, HP, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Compaq. Rusty manages the networking procedures for our clients who want to run the software in a hosted setting. He brings with him a talented support staff.

Jon brings in 17 years of experience in the field of design, advertising, and marketing. Notable clients have included GSI Publications, Land Rover / Jaguar Carolinas, Montreal Construction, PPC - John Mezzalingua Associates, The Women's Wellness Place, Syracuse Jazz Fest, Designer Software, Tullys, Dig Safely New York, and many others.
Tina Salloum

Tina Salloum

Office Manager


Tina graduated from SUNY Geneseo and the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with degrees in journalism and secondary education. She lends her considerable talents in writing and editing to the development of documentation and user-manuals. Tina also adds a welcome female perspective to an otherwise male-dominated team.
